NOTE: U.V. (Fluorescent) colors are more TRANSLUCENT than Standard Colors and have strong PASTEL color under normal white light, but they GLOW BRIGHTLY UNDER BLACK U.V. LIGHT. It's sometimes helpful to paint a white basecoat before painting fluorescent colors if an opaque coverage is desired. More than 3 coats may also be necessary.
